Hey everyone just thought I would check in. First of all you should know that I weight myself in the morning and night though this is not recommended. So I woke up looked at the scale and cringed. I was the heaviest I had been since 2006. I knew that today was a new day it I would start fresh. I did really good all day. I had a CVS brand Fiber One bar for breakfast, with a medium ice coffee with skim milk and two splenda from Dunkin Donuts. Lunch was Weight Watchers Bagel, with a slice of Weight Watchers cheese on each part of the bagel, a bit of salsa, some bacon bits, and onion. It was a bagel pizza. Right before super I decided to weigh myself again, and had only gained a pound I figured I was doing pretty good. Super time was a half broiled chicken breast, 1/2c of Weight Watcher rice, and a small salad, with light dressing. I then went for a 3mile walk and had a bottle of water. After walk friends and I went to McDonald's, where I had the fruit and walnut salad, that also has yogurt, and another bottle of water. I am now home and once again weighed myself to find out that I have gained 2 1/2 pounds throughout the day. I know that tomorrow when I wake up I will be 2 1/2 pounds lighter, meaning I will weigh the same tomorrow morning that I did this morning, meaning I have lost nothing. Ok so I know you are reading this thinking why is she complaining but that is what this blog is for. A place to find support, vent your frustration, to people who understand and are going through the same thing you are. Take Care, until tomorrow.
Hint for the day, the more you sleep the better your metabolism is. I usually scuba dive on Tuesdays which means waking up earlier which means I probably wont way the same tomorrow morning as I did this morning which will just make me more frustrated for gaining a pound, after being good and going for a 3mile walk.
