Day 4 Not So Hot

I woke up and weighed in and I only gained a half a pound from the night before. Not bad considering what I ate or when I ate it. So I went on with my day and dealt with it. Now for those of you who don't know I work at BJ's Wholesale Club, as a demo person. I know sucky job for someone trying to lose weight. So yup you guessed it I munched. So came home and weighed myself and gained 2 pounds since the am. Now that isn't bad since I can usually lose 2 pounds a night, the problem is I am diving tomorrow and going out with friends tonight to see a movie, which means less sleep and as we all know the more sleep you get the better it is for your metabolism, which means late to bed early to rise and I probably won’t be able to burn off the two pounds I gained though out the day, which means when I weigh myself on Friday I will be a pound heavier if not more then I was on Thursday. This also means I will have gained half if not more of the 3.5pounds I have lost since Monday. This will have defeated the purpose of trying so hard Monday through Wednesday.Now many of your probably think I am complaining and that is fine, but I am here to be blunt and honest. I feel the more open and honest I am with you, the more likely I am I to reach my goal. So sorry if you think I am complaining. You are allowed to most comments; let me know what your struggles are, what is working for you what isn't working for you. Bitch to me like I am to you. This is a place where we can let it go so that if you screwed up today on your choices your can start fresh tomorrow. That's it for now.
