Well a few announcements to make. Last week my blog was the #1 on the NKOTB Google Block Alert, by that afternoon it #2 right behind the cruise. I thought that was pretty cool so I thought I would share that with all of you.
My second announcements and I am both embarrassed and sorry to say that I was down 6 pounds but have gained 2 back. Making my total loss 4 pounds, making this past week’s loss 1 pound. Ugh I know for most of you get excited to lose 1 pound and I am I weigh 1 less pound this week then I did last Monday and that is great. What is depressing is that I lost 6 and didn’t pay enough attention to what I was doing and gained 2 back. So this week I really need to be my mind and body into this.
You see I really hate working out. I don’t mind going for my 3mile walks I actually really enjoy it, though I don’t enjoy doing it alone but I do do it. Haven’t been going on walks lately because it has been son hot. But if I was to walk when it was really hot I would probably lose more weight.
Problem areas
My problem areas are my hips. I really need to get those to go in. Unfortunately hips run in my family, so I fear that I will always have them. Ok off to get on track. Talk to you all soon.
I really would love to know how you are all doing, please leave comments so I what is going on with you. I am spilling my guts, about weight, insecurities, successes, and failures. I am know I have followers but I am starting to feel alone here cause none of you are telling me what is going on with all of you.
