1. You don’t have to post your weight if you don’t want to.
2. You are never to ask someone what they weigh
3. You need to post a goal.
a. Either how much you want to lose.
b. Or how much you want to weigh.
4. You need to check in weekly and let us know how it is going. Lean on one another support one another.
5. Let us know what plan you are using ( I do Weight Watchers, but I don’t go to meetings)
6. Let us know what works and what doesn’t.
7. Share ideas, workouts, snacks, recipes
8. Post a before picture, and a pictures showing your progress.
9. Tell us your story.
10. Most of all have fun.
